Not sure if you are able to move the door or wall locations of just looking for furniture ideas.

If I was designing this unit I would move the TV so it is opposite to the 3 seat sofa and out of the way of main circulation from the front door. Otherwise what you have looks fine.

Thanks Paul and David for the advices.. Thats true I wont be able to move the doors and walls now. I am going to start my wood work in flat in next month or so... I was looking for ideas like where to place my furnitures and any special furniture (design wise) you want to suggest me. I dont have much budget but I can have my carpenter made them.

Nice layout! No windows on the front, in the living room and the top bedroom? Do you need a wall between the two balconies?

I could not live with that layout. Try switching the dining and living areas. I know that puts the table away from the kitchen. The window you gain in the living room is well worth the sacrifice. The dining table is not used as much as your living room will be.

Well I cant switch my dinning space and living space, I dont want the dinning table away from kitchen + I dont want to move my living area to my in front of my master bedroom. I could make some changes in the walls like putting sliding door in common area, though the structure and paints are already done I will have to check the cost involved.
I want to utilize my balconies for more family time, any idea how can i do that like putting a swing, tea table there.
I need ideas how to utilize the areas marked with '?????'

In the living are where the ??? are marked should go your TV rather than by the door. Some of the other space that is orange that you maked with ???, I thought were closets. Take the wall down between the balconies. Add some windows to the living area.

TV can be kept there, but I was thinking to use that place for some kind of shelve (book), maybe I can move my sofa more towards dinning so that TV can be in the centre; does that sound good?. The orange marked are closets. I was looking for different ideas for closet/wardrobe, also should I switch the TV wall the bed wall in master bed room. I can take down the wall bw balconies, thats a good idea. I cant put any more windows in living area. The wall of living area opens in corridor, I tried opening the whole wall of balcony for the same purpose that living can have more light and some outer view, distance bw living and balcony is ~11'. I also kept a window in living, the opening in the duct (one marked in blue); Thats the best I can think of. Also the flat is on the top floor, so I thing there shoukd be enough light coming out from the windows.
