I've spent the best part of 3 months researching how best to go about our side return. We inherited Architects plans from the previous owners of our Victorian Terrace and it seems that, same architect had worked for 3 or 4 other people along the road, with exactly the same design, which was a laid to fall glass roof and bi folding doors at the rear. This is the first design I've seen which just seems to have a much more natural feel!
Do you have any pictures of the project looking back from the kitchen into the reception/ living room spaces?
Here is my current layout and would assume that the rear and side walls have been removed.
