Renovation of a condo in the renowned Museum Tower bldg for a second generation owner looking to update the space for their young family. They desired a look that was comfortable, creating multi functioning spaces for all family members to enjoy, combining the iconic style of mid century modern designs and family heirlooms.

This award-winning luxury penthouse overlooking Miami’s stunning Biscayne Bay transformed an outdated space and clumsy layout into a breathtaking residence ideal for entertaining guests and welcoming family and visitors. Sanandres intervened to relocate the stair and reorganize the upstairs layout, creating a double-height oceanside view and inviting improved flow and format.

The draperies in this living room are constructed of Holland & Sherry’s Spectator fabric in pumice colorway. The wool and silk sateen blend has a custom velvet appliqué and contrast stitching on the leading edge.
