The kitchen is an interesting mix of cool, shiny finishes and warm wood and stones. Large, open metal drum light fixtures add great character over the large island.

This fabulous laundry room is a favorite. The distressed cabinetry with tumbled stone floor and custom piece of furniture sets it apart from any traditional laundry room. Bead board walls, granite countertop, beautiful blue gray washer dryer built in. The under counter laundry with folding area and dry sink are highly functional for any homeowner.

apaiser
Palm Springs modernist-inspired home in Portsea encapsulates Australian coastal living at its finest. Utilising the eco friendly bathware from apaiser, melding organic forms with the natural palette of timber, stone and concrete. Architectural stone walls, soaring ceilings and polished concrete floors, the interior design of this home is an eclectic mix of reclaimed timbers, natural woven fibres and organic shapes.
Instantly live-able, with vintage and salvaged pieces sitting comfortably amongst the contemporary additions.

Her ideas and choice of materials only enhanced the already beautiful and airy design of the Master Bathroom. Celeste Randolph is an interior designer for Ambiance Interiors in Palo Alto, Ca.

The bridged entry leads directly into a glass-walled Living area that overlooks the expansive golf course below. Located on a very steep lot, this house circuitously responds to the hillside landscape, allowing for amazing views from almost every room in the house.
