In a corner of the yard sits fire pit with a circular stone bench which is built from the excavated concrete of the original deck. The bench and plant beds are all gently curving to soften the straight angles of the pool and improve the flow of the yard.

Jerryll Noorden: This was an incredible project. Believe it or not this was done by just one person. Took 3 weeks to built. Was a ton of work. But it turned out amazing. Not done yet. Still need to do stone work and electrical.

Dreamscape gardens & Designs, London

Removing two old flagstone patios allowed us to install new, modern concrete patios. One included a trellis for a grape vine to grow up, as well as built-in bench seating around a firepit. The other had an outdoor kitchen with a grill for outdoor entertaining and a pergola overhead. Concrete paver steppers connect the two spaces and a grit path around the perimeter of the yard acts as a bike path. This project is located in Boulder, Colorado.

Nearly 1/4 of the property was converted to growing fruit trees and vegetables to serve a family of four. Several raised vegetable garden beds, two trellised grape vines, a fig tree, a Fuji apple tree, a Honeycrisp apple tree, and two different Avocado trees will provide fresh, organic fruit for the family in the coming years. A custom built fence was built around the entire food production area to keep the family's canine out of mischievous activities.
