This sunroom addition brings in lots of light with the clerestory windows and skylights. The finishes and fabrics offer a hint of Summer at the Ocean, with their colors and patterns.

The painted circles gave ample opportunity to the creative side for the children, as it was specially treated to draw on!

This family collection of light fixtures: aren't they reminiscent of bells? White and greys dominate the crisp, restful palette. Then here comes the pop! Orange is the colour of joy and creativity, added as an accent to set off the metal and neutrals. Every little girl dreams of having a bathroom vanity like this, don't they? Well, our client decided she was worth every penny of it and it turned in to a dream come true for her. (Oh, and yes, her husband had his own (smaller) vanity on the opposite side of the bathroom...) The cabinetry was custom built and includes a full sink vanity and separate makeup table. We got creative with the countertop corner cabinet which can be opened from either side. The natural materials in the travertine floor, marble countertops, and handmade ceramic backsplash tile made this bathroom the pinnacle of elegance.

This home is a true gem in the heart of MacGregor Downs community in Cary, NC. Built in the 1980's in true Modernist design and architecture, the new owners wanted to keep the integrity of the original design. We redesigned the Half Bath, created floor plan layouts for new furniture, spec'd out furniture, accessories, flooring material, lighting, and artwork, as well as worked on brightening the wall and ceiling paint colors. One challenge we faced during the design process were the very tall ceilings, the very wide walls, and unusual angles. We chose interesting , engaging, and minimalistic artwork for the walls, which proved a successful solution.
