A family den received a complete renovation. The bookcase wallpaper is an unexpected touch. The new pendant light creates the most beautiful shadows on the ceiling. Metallic tea paper was added to the ceiling and adds to the drama of the space. The rug is soft and the sofa is comfortable. A stylish bunk bedroom? Yes please! We love an inverted colour scheme incorporating a dark ceiling and light walls, it just makes the room so much cosier.

A custom bookcase for cookbook collection was built from recycled wood. Maker was found at a local home show in Portland. All furniture pieces were made or found and selected/designed maximizing height to accentuate tall ceilings. The vestibule in the background shows tiny space added by new nib walls as entry way to existing bathroom.
