Family room is coastal Del Mar home.

The homeowners are art collectors. The long curved wall in billiard room/bar area accommodates their ever changing collection. The aquarium at the far end of the billiard room/bar area was specially designed in the shape of a half circle so everyone can see it no matter where you are in the room. All lighting is TEC Lighting. The bar area houses absolute black honed countertops with under lighting. You'll find a built-in wine fridge and a smoked glass mirror behind the bar. The pool table, from the Billiard Factory, has stainless steel legs. The ceiling is the original concrete and flooring is a rust concrete, completing the desired industrial loft look. Billiard room/bar area opens into the living area.
