Hello Sheenu, You can start from SE corner, 1) leave 30" width for the refrigerator, 2) Provide a 4' vertical partition and start with your cooking platform which is 24" deep. 3) Then the north platform which can be 22" deep and you can plan your water filter in the EN corner and the sink in the centre. 4) To continue with next comes the W side platform of 12" depth. Here you can raise the platform height by 6" for the optimum usage if you feel that you need extra storage. There are no windows or ventilation in the drawing. Please check This layout will go with your space.
