The size of the pool is 6m x 25m x 1.35m depth.And we have though of going for 48mmx48mm glass mosaic tiles of different color combination. The reason is that we felt that going for a smaller tile might be too much busy on the overall looks and also too many grout lines would be seen. Wheres as the 48x48 tiles would be much relaxed in the pattern and a bit more easier to maintain. What is your take on this? Thank you in advance.

Hi Bala, There are lots of concepts to go into designing of a kitchen. Do you like traditional, modern or do have anything specific in mind that you can convey? Regarding RCC staircase, firstly I'd like to know whether the construction has been started or not? According to the elevation, we can go for the designing of a staircase that merges with the elevation and not just feels like an odd element out. Hope you understand. Actually the plan ( in black background), the one with measurement is the original one drawn by an architect . The other drawing (3d n the colourfull) is just a plan i drew to have an idea , where to arrange the furniture nd some modifications using a software called MAGICPLAN. That is why the staircase and bed is of awkward sizes, my bad. About the modifications, i have removed the partition between living and dining, have made a space for handwash, storage spaces for one bedroom and in kitchen which is protruding outwards marked with slanting lines in drawing, also extended 60 cm on northern side of the house to make room for balcony for bedroom, more room for bathroom nd work area. Do u think there is less space for storage, like to fit in an godreg alamarah somewhere??

One Follow-up question.. Is there any strength issue with 20mm Granite slab over 40mm Granite.. Are the 20mm granite slab prone to chipping or crack on normal usage.. Usage would be like, chopping vegetables, keeping hot vessels,.. The normal usage what happens in normal indian kitchen.. I just want to be sure that I decide based on experts judgement (like you), as people are just throwing their opinion based on their guess...
