Are these final measurements used in the plan, what were the modifications you are referring to.

We can see that there is no plan to have storage in the rooms. Are you sure you don't need storage in rooms ?

The attached bath is provided for the smaller room any specific reason ?

Beds and stair cases look of strange sizes are they custom made.

Just a friendly advice, although it is inspiring to see peoples motivation to design the plan all by themselves but they sometimes dont realise that they are making a home for generations. Any mistake made will stay that long.

Please engage a professional architect . A good plan is really very important.

Actually the plan ( in black background), the one with measurement is the original one drawn by an architect .
The other drawing (3d n the colourfull) is just a plan i drew to have an idea , where to arrange the furniture nd some modifications using a software called MAGICPLAN. That is why the staircase and bed is of awkward sizes, my bad.
About the modifications,
i have removed the partition between living and dining,
have made a space for handwash,
storage spaces for one bedroom and in kitchen which is protruding outwards marked with slanting lines in drawing,
also extended 60 cm on northern side of the house to make room for balcony for bedroom, more room for bathroom nd work area.

Do u think there is less space for storage, like to fit in an godreg alamarah somewhere??

It would be helpful if you can mention the sizes in your new drawing. Storage for 3-4 people is a must unless it's more of a guesthouse purpose. A separate handwash in this size apartment is an overkill.

Hello Anand, In your plan you have planned for the beds in the bedrooms and cooking platform in the kitchen. Other than these you need to plan for the wardrobes, dressing units in the rooms. For the kitchen, You require to plan for the storage, dry platform and other storage.
