You need a different type of wm or dw for mounting on top of each other. You cannot do that with a regular machine. Both of the machines produce a lot of vibration. As per the directions --- the kitchen should be in SE corner of the building, Master bedroom in SW , no Toilets in the Eastern or Northern part of the house, Pooja in the east side of the house that means the person who is doing the pooja should face East.
