Would love to hear on how to convert this common bathroom into an attached one to adjacent room. This is a fourth floor apartment that I plan to renovate. Want to use this as a third bedroom with dedicated bathroom. Ideas, pros and cons. Complexity?
You can demolish the centre opening of the common toilet longer wall - aligned somewhere in the centre area of the wardrobe and bed. Thus the current door will be shut which can be used for a basin + niche (within the wall) for keeping toiletries. You may have to create a brick wall next to the basin (either half or till ceiling) to host the WC plumbing since it is a partial RCC column. Please choose fixtures and finishes as per your choice. Hope this helps.
