A houzz contributor, not too long ago, had made a wine rack out of 4'x4' wooden pallets, that are used in the US to move a load of goods with a fork-lift truck. Perhaps they have them in your country. He cut them in half so they were only two feet deep and stacked them up to high counter height. Hi rinqreation, the builder has done the basic wire layout already and the walls are plastered too, but the finish isn't complete - I think I am a bit late already. Also, the builder will not allow individual work to be done before they are ready to handover - but I am pressing for it - that's why asked for professional suggestion so that I can go back to the builder and press for it. Thanks again. I am not able to find an interior designer who could tell me in advance how the light, etc. plan has to be done so that I can ask the electrical guy to work accordingly. The interior designer wants to start their work only after the raw flat is ready.

If you want to use it all the time it will need to be coverd I am not sure if you have actual winter where you are but normally the top portion of the deck would be enclosed to use all year and the lower portions just left open and use when the weather is good. Sort of like this.

Could you please help me to get some construction engineer who can help me to design my ground floor which is about 4 ft underground where the floor and ceiling are already there. The side walls are also there. Only thing is the partition wall to be created to make as a single bedroom house. At present on the east side there is a garage and on the north side a room with toilet. We would like to convert this as a proper single bed house. Since I have a very low budget, can you please suggest how to go about it. Thanks and look forward to your advise.
