Hi there, do you mean the variegated tree on the left of the photo, if so it’s a Cornus controversa 'Variegata’ it will reach a height of 4-8M but is slow growing and will take 20-50 years to reach this height and width. It’s common name is a Wedding Cake Tree as it grows in layers or tiers.

arh.... that one is also a Cornus but a Cornus 'Eddies White Wonder', very similar size expectations to the other Cornus . It has beautiful white flowers in the spring and strawberry like fruits in the autumn. You often see them in Chelsea Garden Show schemes as they flower at that time of year.
