does this mirror require a separate wall switch?

I have a junction box to plug it into. Just need to know if you can turn the power on the mirror or if you have to install a wall switch?

Typically they need a wall switch or dimmer. Be sure you get the specs on it to make sure that you get the proper dimmer type required. There are some available that work with a remote control. These can offer tunable white lighting which is the most current technology

It will come with a plug.

Plug-in and hardwired to wall switch both is OK.

If you don't want to use the plug, cut the plug and connect it to the wall switch.

A recessed focal light from the ceiling to highlight its beauty. This Cabinet is $155 at Ikea. You could take the 4 items you had hung, and put them in a "shadow box", or individual deep frames to tie then together, to create I piece that looks more substantial on the wall, Then add a little ledge for photos, and you would even have room on the cabinet for the cool bottles that were on the floor, and that cool chest could definitely find a home as an end table, or entry table. You could also add a larger plant in a really nice pot in turquoise. The cut and paste renditions arent always completely accurate in scale.

I think a comfortable distance between the island and the counter is around 42". It seems that you have only 30" between your cook top and the counter. I might be a little too tight. The wall between the entrance and the kitchen could be 4' long instead of 6', you would then be able to move the island a foot which would give you more room between the cook top and the island. Could you switch the location of the toilet and vanity in your dad's bathroom so your enter facing a vanity instead of a toilet which is a lot nicer.

About 2 ft in from the walls and about 4 ft apart and you will need to know where your table will go and you will need a box there for a chandelier make sure the pot lights are on a separate switch and on dimmer

do these ever turn off if you don't use a wall switch? I see the dimmer on the mirror but I can't figure out how to actually turn it off completely

Hi, there are many sizes of these mirror, pls notice that 1 button mirror and right button mirror have both turn on/off and dimmer functions.

2 buttons mirror must connect wall switch or use a plug converter.

does this mirror require a separate wall switch?
