Ok thanks. After SE extention 1. NE was cut 2. SW was cut 3. water tank above toilet in center of east. 1. NE cut - Just make a shed/pargola of same height as bathroom... put 4 poles beside staircase and put up a tin shed. 2. SW cut... build a store room with 4 poles, tin shed, wall of plywood or/else any material you can afford. Door from east work area. Or door preferably from inside the bedroom. This is the bedroom in SW corner which head of the family or bread earner should occupy. 3. Water tank and toilet is not causing much problem due to height. However; I am not sure if thats exact center of your whole plot. Doesnt seem so. If anyone living there facing litigations, financial troubles or unnecessary authority problems... Just pay 500rs to a known good vastu consultant and amend accordingly. Its not practical to advise seeing pictures only, there are many things to consider. Thanks

Hello @Cornerstone Design Studio India No. I don't have any idea about FSI. I will try to learn more about it. Regarding the size of green belt, I have confirmed it from the patwari that Plot 1 has got 5 metre green belt on both sides. He told me that: All plots with 24 metre facing road are having 5 metre green belt whereas plots with 12 metre facing road are having 2.5 metre green belt. (It's 4 or 3.5 metre in case of 18 metre road, I don't remember exactly). About that bold line, I am sure that it is not representing width of green belt. (Check below image as that bold line is having same width for 12 metre facing plots). So what do you think now? Should I become that lucky guy to own plot 1? Check out whole map and there are hardly 3-4 corner plots which are having 24 metre wide road on both sides. (and there are just 2 plots having North East direction) whereas there are around 50-55 plots which are similar to Plot 2nd. About your query, It's Suncity Township - I (Sector 35, Rohtak). It's around 45 kilometres away from Delhi border. Would you please mind elaborating this point a little bit more - "For us function prevails over design anyday". Rahul, You have a large space at your disposal.You may want to specify the usage and the family requirements to get an informed opinion. There are many things noticable and giving a detailed feedback on the entire place isn't feasible here. However, it appears that the rooms will not get too much of natural light. There are almost 7-8 different type of seating areas in the house at the cost of other functional spaces like kitchen, baths. Is this space meant more for guests usage. IMHO, the walkin wardrobes storage specified wouldn't be sufficient. Accessibility of Dumb waiter and the shoe racks need to be re-looked. Pooja Room and Study are having a long dungeon like feel. Hello Abhishek, If the layout is still under planning ,then you can ask your architect to shift the column position on the staircase wall. For the load distribution you can have two column on that wall for better strength. Your vastu is all good. You don't need to change it. For the kitchen size, you need to inform about the family members in your family. But 6'10"width will not suffice that's for sure.
