WHAT IS MISSING IN THIS DESIGN? GIVE ME SUGEESIONS.
Comments (27)With your original pictures - I agree with larger rug. But I don't agree with comments suggesting the rooms are monochromatic. They are lively indeed. I think you are just missing some accessories! Art work on the empty walls - even just a single large dramatic piece is in order. In the bedroom on the white wall, in the living space behind the sofa, in the greenish bedroom behind the two beds. Those are instant areas where you can improve. But I think your spaces are lovely and well put together. Also I agree with the comment about table lamps - some of those would really add something, and your coffee table looks so empty - maybe just one gorgeous bowl, or stack some books. These rooms are 90% done in my opinions, just need a few finishing touches. Some of my rooms come out like this because the clients are not willing to pay for those last few finish items or feel they can do that part themselves......See MoreNeed help to know more about the foundation
Comments (3)Your best bet is to have a residential structural engineer do a site visit and a soil test. As the home is only 10 years old, it is normal to have some settlement and additional settlement after 10 years should be minor. The fact you are concerned of future settlement should be a red flag. Additionally, you are concerned about moisture. Two red flags. It is your choice, but buyer beware. Best of luck....See MoreNeed help with my bathroom and adjoining dress space.
Comments (9)Thanks a lot for your comment. I wouldn't exactly call it a walk in-closet. As you can see from the drawing, Its space provided for two single wardrobe (one on each side). Maximum width can be around 3.5 ft. The humidity point is quite relevant. The question is would it be possible to include a wet room in the space i.e. 6ft x 8.6ft. - considering I don't remove the dress wall. Wanted to get a sense on the possible layout. Thanks and look forward to your advise....See MoreHelp me decorate my living room :)
