From your idea book, I see you like very modern houses. Is this going to be built in India? I found a one floor layout that might work for you and you could do the exterior to your taste. But I have to say, you should look for professional help in India. I imangine code requirements and material are much different there. Search the internet for modern and contemporay house plans. Since the lot you describe is smaller than my open living area, I would suggest looking at some of the "shotgun" house plans around New Orleans,LA. I think you can build up and back and get an interesting home with a loft for space. It can be done, A porch with an entry to a narrow hall at the back might work best for you. Will you plan a courtyard (closed)? or what? What part of the country are you in? What are your local codes?

Hi Deepasri, If you follow Vaastu, then I recommend that you have the Pooja room facing East. God’s idol should either face east or west. Expand your current pooja room to a study room that is accessible from your master bedroom or make it a store room where u keep ladder, travel bags,etc to be accessible from hall. And put the Pooja room next to it facing East in the hall.
