This layout is not what i would ever suggest to a client for starters the MBR and DR are all wrong , who wants to walkthat far with food from the kitchen the DR is completely closed off of the rest of the space just too many things to correct for me.I really dislike homes built to look great from the outside with no proper function on the inside

Addition of wardrobes will cut into the size of the bedroom, leaving you with a minimal sized one. The position of the common toilet is inconvenient as it is located quite far from the common areas. You might consider a powder room and connect the present common toilet with the adjoining bedroom, which will present an opportunity to rework the furniture layout as well. The size of the kitchen can be reduced to some extent, giving some precious square footage for the living area. The present living area( drawing dining) seems very tight.
