Dytecture, I see you have the same idea I was going to post! Put that dining table close to kitchen's open wall! I mean who wants to get up from the table to use "the facilities" with everyone sitting right there? I was thinking of flipping the placement of the tv unit and one of the sofas. Back of sofa would create a sort of hallway into the bathroom. That way no problem with plugging tv in, hiding cords, etc. Cozy it up with choice of wall paint, art, area rugs, plants. Enjoy! PS: Add a small metal bistro table with a couple of chairs to the patio area. That is also great living space.

Have you ever thought about floating shelves? I think pairing a few floating shelves together would look great and would free up space in your living room. Hi Jiya, For sure this has gone over the top.. not going into that.. To tone it down we can remove the terracotta red color on the walls . It can be replaced with white color on the brick wall. Window frame color if changed to lighter shades would be great as well. The line where the two floors meet may have to be covered with a uni tone area rug. The sqaure shaped dining bench gives the room a sidey restaurant like feel? Can we not change it . For the curtains and Sofa furnishings , please do not take one with any patterns on it.. uni colored ones with an accent piece would be better.. Thanks, Nitin CORNERSTONE DESIGNS Bangalore.
