I would recommend a soft gray...see photo below...

We are designing a brand new kitchen. I am in a phase where i need to select the combinations for our cabinets. Here are a few jotted down Teal and white lacker finish Teal and wood with teak grains White and teak wood grains. -white with lacker finish. I have attached a picture of our kitchen for reference. Though the colour scheme is great, the glossy white finish is high maintenance. Be sure to go along with it only if you can keep up with regular wipe down. Remember, regular clean up is a good thing. A little lifestyle change will allow you to enjoy your designs.
