Master bed room
Comments (4)Hey Sudha ji , I'v a few ideas on the placement , a bed takes 9'x6'3'' so place it on the 15' Wall(you can reduce the width by removing side drawers, then you get 3' extra for bigger wardrobes on both sides) with one wardrobe on each side one for him and one for yourself and a chest of Drawers to keep other stuff handy and two Ottomans or love seat in front of the bed so you have enough space in front of the bed for traffic as well, and on the front wall to the bed place your Wall hung T.V, PLEASE keep the colours light , use white marsh by Asian Paints or Honey dew , here are some pics ....See MoreBedroom design idea
Comments (5)You don't need the handles on the wardrobe at all. If they must be there have them constructed of the same material / finish or made then glass, plastic, just clear. For the nook add shade treatment in white or jet black . The pyramid clock, the pendant and the chair are just out of place. The pendant should be LED in a cylinder of clear glass and please use a dimmer. The chair should reflect the cozy nook and the huge bed. To free up the floor space try just s simple bench in front of the bed. I would also buy a plant for this room, a mid size potted plant...See MoreBest Place for Puja Mandir in a 3BHK
Comments (40)Hi, I am not a professional but a enthusiast. I have 2 opinions for you. 1. Small Puja Mandir in place of Fridge and move the fridge near the Sink opposite to Dining. This will be probably very Small. But during Pooja, there will be good space. 2. The second opinion is based on questioning the need of 3 bathrooms. You can remove one attached bathroom and make it a big Pooja Room. Further, you can also play with the size of Bathroom and make it extremely small and accommodate both Pooja from outside and a small bathroom or powder behind it * Chosen practicality over Vaastu....See MoreNeed help with Master bedroom
Comments (7)Hello Anamika. I would still suggest to not change the existing plan for practicality reasons. The only change that I want to suggest is to have that unit (besides the bathroom door, is that a dresser or workstation?) to move it adjacent to the TV unit (towards the entry door). However, if you do not like the existing pattern and want to change it - you could move the wardrobes to the North wall and place the bed on the West wall as suggested earlier and to address your concern of the narrow look, do one of the below: We could do a better space planning by doing some offbeat designing. If you need a workstation, you could make use of the headboard to double up as a desk (sample pic below) - meaning your bed along with the headboard would be moved towards East by about 3 feet. If you are one who wishes to have a space for your books, you could use the West wall to have a mini library too. If you elevate the work desk and library space by a single step, it would stand out and will give a special look to your bedroom. Another option is to have two single seaters with a round center table in between. You could also have a bedroom bench which can store your knickknacks. Sample pic shown below. Thank you, Srikanth Meticular Interiors...See Moresashaai
