Sry, it's not possible to accommodate Puja adjacent to Bedroom 3 or kitchen or utility. If we do so, the entrance to bedroom will be blocked. I would suggest you to go for a Puja room rather than going for just puja space. Construct a proper room of 3'6" to 4' wide, put a proper door like you have door in other rooms. In that room, keep the idols east facing. This will solve the problem of vastu also.

I hope you are doing well. The best place to locate pooja room is the North-East corner of your home. However – due to any reason – if the North-East corner is unavailable then you can make the pooja room in East or West side of your home. I strongly feel that the North east corner of the Utility room should work well. If you want the prayer area in kitchen then make sure to keep it in the north-east corner of kitchen; as you should face east while praying.

It is best to avoid pooja place in any bedroom. However if there is no option then use the north-east corner of the bedroom as pooja place (but remember this is the last and least favored option). Also remember that while sleeping or lying on bed your feet should not point towards this corner.

Ideally, Pooja rooms shouldn't be made in store rooms without windows. But since the Utility room has a window, it should be okay.

hi, As you don't have NE corner available for puja temple. You can have it E or W facing. YOu may have it on wall behind dinning. Wall pasted temple may be preferred.

Th only suitable place I can see in your plan is in the utility. Now I really ddo not know the size of the mandir but I assume that it will be about 100cmX60cm and about 125cm in height. The best place would be the North wall (common with the bedroom) so that you have natural light from the window on east and you stand/sit facing North while worshipping. Remember to get a small chest of drawers/cupboard installed to keep all the Puja samigri in one place and also a small fire extinguisher in the kitchen as a safety precaution.

Your home having problem, and you should change:

1, Kitchen to Living room area, remove bedroom from N-E and make Temple/pooja room at this corner.

2, Shift Main entrance to wards middle of east,

3, Interchange Living -Kitchen place.

4,Remove Toilet No.3 and shift bedroom upwards.

5, Enjoy the changes

Convert your utility room into a calm pooja space.

I would suggest you to close the utility door opening from Kitchen and put a new door on the wall facing the dining.

You could go for a jaali screen door with brass bells for a more elegant look.
