This is my sisters new house plan, sizes are in feet’s. We
are struggling to deal with the tiny size rooms, engineer also give up his
interest to solve the size related issues.

I would highly appreciate all your suggestions to solve
interior problems. Following are the known one as of now.

1) Front room sitting area is very small in size; we are
planning to put the sofa right to the entrance of the main door. But no space
to put center table as this will come under the walking way

2) We have to arrange TV unit, dining area and also some
sitting arrangement in the hall.We are currently planning to put dining near to
the kitchen and put TV unit right to the door opening to hall area.
