New entry door and interior doors

Hi I was wondering if the entry door and interior doors of a home need to match. We are remodeling and want a fiberglass 2 panel entry door (top panel longer than bottom panel). The bottom panel is more rectangular.
We have a closet door and powder room door next to the entry, is it okay to put 2 panel doors that have more of a perfect square panel. They look very different than the entry door.
It is so hard to match 2 panel doors. The photo is of the entry.

Comments (7)Priyanka, Wallpaper on doors is not a good idea. You can go for laminate panelling on the wall and matching laminates on the doors. You can choose a veneer as well. The space is too wide for a single door though. You will have to plan accordingly. I am assuming you are talking about the brown door and not the other black door in picture. Comments (21)Hey Farooq, I understand your concern. I have a better idea. Drawing room and Living room does not need to be separated by a wall , you can just have a step up wooden flooring done in the drawing area to define the space. Also as per the plan what I have sent you, you can create a window where you existing Main door is and open up the Main door from drawing room as shown in red. If you still want want a wall between drawing room and living room then you can have it but it's just that I feel you can make your living room look big if you knock of the wall, or you can even create a partition with Jali work or you can even have a low height wall to just define the area. check out some of the images attached :)...See MoreHelp me deciding contemporary and simple door - 3x6 ft.
Comments (3)Hi Diksha, A door is an essential part of interiors. The doorway is the first impression of any space and it is essential to create your entry point as striking as possible. A door can not be left undone or not designed. I will like to give you a pro tip - keep the door color the same as your wall color or you can go a shade darker or lighter but don't change the color itself, if you want a sober look.
