Jayme is correct - unless you find a long vertical piece to place next to the bar, I would center it and use the negative space as part of the decoration. Of course add a great mirror or picture above the bar. A carpet in front would warm it up. Looking at the sheen on the wood I suspect this is very polished - you can emphasise the art deco feel by adding lots of silverware (silver tray, cocktail shaker, ice bucket) and crystal glasses - tumblers and highballs in cut glass below a large mirror with a dark wood frame similar to the wood in the bar

Hello Aman, Your home seems to have some interesting pockets / niches. 1. You can highlight the one in your lobby with an artifact and paint the recessed area with a colour contrasting to the wall colour. You may even put a mirror with cove lighting along the periphery of the mirror. This would double up the volume of the lobby area. 2. the drawing room niches would look best with paintings hung since you already have light points in place 3. bedroom niches can either be shelved with wood or glass for displaying photo frames / artifacts / souvenirs. Hi Suraj For a residence you can use 10-12 watt lighting fixtures. Although you can mix and match warm and bright lights, we would suggest you go for daylighting as recessed light fixtures and use another colour temperature for your decorative lighting fixtures (wall sconces or pendant lights).
