The floor tile is from Porcelanosa. The manufacturer is Urbatek, the series is Town, the color is Arena, and the finish is Nature, which is matte. These are about 60cm square, other sizes are available.
The same tile is used as the shower floor but the lights above the bathtub make the color look a little different. The contractor cut those tile himself, which was quite a bit of work since this is a relatively thick through-body porcelain. It is available in 2x2 or 4x4 mosaic from Porcelanosa, but there may be a long lead time since is is usually not stocked in the US.
The jade-blue panels by the bathtub are pieces of acrylic that are used to cover two existing glass block windows. The material has a beautiful blue-green color with a very slight wavy modulation and a matte finish that takes away all hints of plasticity.
