Do you mean plans for construction? There are many sites on the Internet that will have samples for you. The main issue is that local ordinances require setbacks from property lines and these free samples may not fit what your local building department may require. You can usually access the setback information from your building department online, but a trip down to talk to a planner may be necessary. Start there, finding a house plan that fits within that footprint is the second step.

HI -- If you could find a squared console or buffet cabinet that will fit against the side of your big cabinet that is close to the style and color of the big cabinet , then place the TV on top or hang the TV on the wall with a swing bracket . Then add a, just as long, floating shelf over top of the TV .at a level no higher than the top of the big cabinet. Ikea might have something that would work for you that is black or something you could paint to match your big cabinet.

HI RinaI do agree I love jewelbox rooms, but I consider them more cosy ... and with a grey marble floor it goes all Versace Italianate! I am trying to balance the colours by bringing in a pattern on the covers rather than plain. I feel this will bring colour without overpowering the room. In the pictures I showed above, the rooms are basically neutral but the colour is brought in via pattern - I think this might be the way to go...Ideally a green or blue on a subdued grey would be the best, but I dont know what the market is like for Sumit...Cushions can do a lot to tie in the other white/grey elements.Shelley - navy is a good suggestion, but as Sumits area is quite tall and thin, trying to keep the general area light Any more suggestions most welcome. These are just ideas after all and Sumit will choose what works for the room in the end ;-)

Hi Prayas and Peeyush, Let me tell you that the above images are for reference purpose only and the design can never be replicated to perfection since the site conditions vary for every room, space and project. The above mentioned ideas are for you to figure out what suits the space the best and accordingly customize. Materials like wallpaper, 3D paneling, rafters, veneers, wall cladding etc. come in smaller modules and hence work for almost all wall sizes. It is totally up to you to choose what look you desire and what material you want to go with. No image is ever going to give you the exact feel and aesthetic of the space. If you are finding it difficult to imagine or choose, it is best to involve an expert such as an architect/ interior designer in the process to customize designs for you and achieve desired results.
