Thank you nagadeepti, but there is an issue, my father has already finished with the basic foundation,sump, and pillars when I tried to tell him about the option he said that its not possible to change the plan , Please let me know if there are any other option , i have included the ground floor plan as well ,I thought of swapping the bedroom to kitchen in first floor , let me know if its possible according to vastu since its north facing site with roads on both north and south . we have made slight changes instead of full utility in ground floor its only till kitchen , bedroom is extended to make 9*10, and kink for fridge is removed . balcony in second floor is removed . Kindly help if there are any other suggetion to make look house spacious. stairs to the terrace from outside has to be there. I know iam asking for more in a small space.but please help. finally this is the elavation we have decided on with a little bit of modification like extended balconies. As i told you i need a garage in ground floor for car parking n all from their stairs to (first floor) i.e, living room. I dont need stairs to b fully curved it can be curved at starting, if not possible straight is also OK. In first floor i dont need space in front. It can directly be main door of living room. There a kitchen, bedroom ( not a master bedroom just a bed and a wardrobe is enough ) with attached bathroom and small storage room ( storage room can come below stairs ). I want my living room to be big i dont need anything there just a sofa n TV set as i showed in the pics yesterday. As the living room becomes big i want little bit curved stairs not full curved just curved at starting. Then in (Second Floor) the master bedroom with attached bathroom, walk in wardrobe and small room for gym. I want round bed it is OK even if it is not near window but TV set should be opposite to that. Then to (third floor) a big party hall nothing else and finally to the terrace.

Greeting sir, nice to see your replies....please note this white wall contains unistone red brick work (2.6 inches*8inches)concealed with white sticky tape .done to prevant paint stains as noticed and suggested . about the wall coming out of the slope its not in actual merely an illusion becoz of the taping... also.the red brick work is complimented with white cement....for flooring steel grey granite and s white As planned...im attaching u final finished look wud b like...v wud b putting artificial grass garden besides the right side of the building ground floor.. good to know appreciative responses from you..please suggest another ideas floor plan ill share for sure
