I'm not sure I understand your question, so my answer might not apply. I take it that you will be installing security grills on your windows? Would a curtain work between the lobby and kitchen? What kind of division would you want between the kitchen and living room? An actual wall? Can you provide photos?

As per vastu the kitchen should be in SOUTH EAST direction with the BURNER on the SE corner and the cook should face EAST while cooking. Master bedroom or the bedroom of the earning member should be in the SOUTH WEST direction. Positions of W.C. also matters . It should be facing NORTH. Beds positions of all the rooms should not be on the NORTH wall. These are the some points of vastu. If you want it in detail, you can ask me.

Mr.Jaidev, first of all your plan is not at all made to the scale. How can your drawing room accommodate five 3 seat sofa when one 3 seat sofa require 6'6" x 2'6" of space and the layout dimensions are 11' x 14'. Your dining area is 8' x 10' and the plan shows 8 seat dining table which requires 8' x 8' of table and chair space that too excluding the movement space. This plan cannot be implemented following this furniture layout with such impractical divisions and without standard sizes. You must re plan the whole plot. Its always better to start late but with proper planning.
