is this plan according to vastu ? I would have liked more privacy so wud switch the bedroom near living room to the kitchen washing and storage and getting kitchen there. so the open areas dinning kitchen and living are 2gether . and both bedrooms are adjacent

Could you can draw a rough sketch with your idea's. The position of kitchen and master bedroom can't change according to vasthu.

can I have the orientation of the house as in North side east west directions. Is this house already constructed or still in planning phase ?

Do you want help for the furniture planning in the existing structure or with the construction? If its related to furniture then Specify windows position for the furniture and the opening width of all the doors.

I can't comment much as vaastu is considered in this . seems to be it's a ground floor area plan. Yes few things 1st master bathroom shud be increased width wise to make it more proportional with other room divisions. 2ndly if washing area is covered then storage wall can be removed and long wall cabinets can be installed saving us space from having separate store room. this will add feet or 2 to master bedroom as well. rest 4.5 " and 9 " wall are not clear in the plan also theain entry to the home . wish dinning and living room cud be combined common bedroom switched to the living room side. but again not much idea abt vaastu .

I don't know much about the vastu but the thing I know is the kitchen and master bedroom's postion can't change

I suggest a double height roof for the living. The staircase can be a design feature, i suggest something light, so you open up the space between the dining and the living

In my request, its in Delhi. North and south side are other 5 story buildings/ flats .

Bedrooms should have a wall to wall up to full height almirahs on onè side and a 2 seater sofa on the other side. A better plan than this will also be highly appreciated
