my land is west facing... backside is a plot, left side of the land is an open plot and right side of the land is a house under construction..

Mr.Jaidev, first of all your plan is not at all made to the scale. How can your drawing room accommodate five 3 seat sofa when one 3 seat sofa require 6'6" x 2'6" of space and the layout dimensions are 11' x 14'.

Your dining area is 8' x 10' and the plan shows 8 seat dining table which requires 8' x 8' of table and chair space that too excluding the movement space.

This plan cannot be implemented following this furniture layout with such impractical divisions and without standard sizes.

You must re plan the whole plot. Its always better to start late but with proper planning.

@Rupal Shah I think if a sofa is of 6'6" then fixing two on one wall will take 13' and I have 14' in length, and 2'6" means 5' in total and I still have 6' gap in between.. that is just a layout I think this will be good.. and I will not put that much sofa there.. it will be much lesser... or I will ask carpenter (sofa maker) to make as per my space

8' by 8' dinig table is very big in size.. 6' x 6' is the bed size.. and I don't think i have to install bed over there.. I will put 4' x 6' dining.. and that will serve the purpose..
