“We approached A360 for planning our dream home. Subhash Saraff, the chief architect at A360 was absolutely professional in all aspects, he walked us through various projects that they have worked on, understood our requirements, tastes as a couple and elaborate needs. Unlike the run of the mill cookie cutter architects whom we had encountered earlier, who even before visiting the site or even spending quality time with you, come up first with a "fee" estimate! Subhash and team listened to us, like doctors, the very moment someone is willing to understand your personal preference and make you feel that they are on your side of the table. Suggested various alternatives for some of the wasteful ideas that we had come up with. I also realised that they never mix up contracting and architecture, for, these are like Judge and Jury ! You need a good consultant with no vested interests from vendors, A360 is one name that stands out in the crowd. Since we had mixed the two up with other architects and they said, no problem we do turnkey - my suggestion is stay away from them, for, a creative mind is what you are hiring and paying for. After all the time we spent, Subhash was so candid that he told us with the budget that you have, you should not be starting the project!! Its a rare gem of an advice that you will ever find in this world, if it were someone else, they would have started the project and said severe cost escalation !!
