“The Hursthouse team patiently spent many hours developing a detailed and extensive renovation plan for our entire property. Major features of the plan included: --installing a brick paver driveway bordered by a snapcut limestone retaining wall --installing bluestone front entry walk and porch --rebuilding backyard bluestone patio and new courtyard area with water fountain and cast iron fence border --extensive landscape lighting both front and back --installing imported planter urns on pedestals --extensive tree & shrub planting, perennials & ground cover. The design added great value and enhanced our enjoyment of our property in ways we never anticipated. The entire Hursthouse team took great pride in their work and went to great lengths to make us very satisfied clients.”

“We had recently added a sunroom and needed some landscaping done in our backyard around the new room. We also decided to put in a patio adjacent to the sunroom. We have a slanted backyard, so we really needed advice on how to accomplish this. In addition, we needed a landscaper to work with us as the contractor finished our deck so everything would flow together. We had an idea of what we wanted, but were really looking for advice and recommendations. We talked to three different landscapers and decided to go with Western DuPage Landscaping. The designer, Nicole, had some great suggestions for our project and worked within the budget we gave her. She patiently explained the difference in pricing between the various pavers available and also recommended plants and shrubs that would grow in our very shaded backyard. Our project came in on budget and in the time frame given. We are very happy with the work done and would not hesitate to return to WDL for future work.”

“Montano's installed a beautiful unilock Stonehenge paver driveway and walkway for me. Montano ownwership helped me select the type of paver and the color. The Stonehenge paver selected comes in three sizes with a textured side. I let Montano determine the paver design and pattern to use. I was not disappointed. This project replaced an aging red hollandstone driveway/walkway needings repairs. The Stonehenge paver was a substantial upgrade. The brick crew arrived promptly on the jobsite each day. The crew was well organized and it was obvious they were skilled in the paver technology. The crew was very professional and customer focused. The crew was also available to answer any questions and/or concerns I had in a timely manner. Ownership was frequently on the jobsite to ensure the project was flowing smoothly and address any concerns I had from the management perspective. This project weathered the 2014/2015 winter season and still looks brand new today. I also had Montano install a matching paver mailbox the Fall of 2014. The mailbox came out gorgeous. Montano's suggested installing a concrete plaque with my house numbers on the front of the paver mailbox structure. This feature really made the mailbox standout. Montano's is a real professional contractor to work. Together, we developed the scope of the projects. The projects were completed on-time and within budget. I also thought the paver driveway, walkway, and mailbox were fairly priced.”

“John and the K&D crew re-landscaped 3 sides of our house. We are very pleased with the work they did. John's plans showed imagination & originality that we have not seen elsewhere. This was the first time that we had work done (our 8th residence over 40 years), that did not require us to oversee anything! The professionalism was astounding! If we were present, it was because we were interested in the process. And the only questions to address were changes regarding availability of plantings, etc. The K&D workers were courteous and neat. A pleasure to work with and our compliments to everyone at K&D!”

“My husband and I hired Kyle to design and install a patio and fire pit with surrounding plants in our back yard. With an eye for detail and a unique creative ability, Kyle came up with a perfect design for us which complemented our house and deck. Kyle’s clear communication made the project flow seamlessly. We received an initial email detailing each step of the project. Each day he was on job site to monitor the progress and convey any additional information or changes as well as answer any of our questions. The crew was on time daily, worked tirelessly, answered our questions, and cleaned up the yard at the end of each day. The project was within our budget, completed on time and we absolutely love it.”

“We scheduled a consultation with Duane Draughon of the PaverStone Design Group. Duane described his product and intently listened to our design ideas for our driveway and patio area. He asked us several questions and took measurements and photos of the site. We soon received a link to a video that included our design ideas, animation and music as well as a print of the area. We were very pleased with his innovative design ideas. It has proven useful for planning purposes. We will be recommending Duane to friends and customers in the future.”

“We think Corrie and her crew went above and beyond in our patio design. From the first visit to determine our patio design and needs to the finished product, her company was professional, timely and delivered a beautiful paver patio which meets all our needs. As the project went along we made a few changes that they quickly applied without hesitation. We would highly recommend them for anyone else considering patio installation and wouldn’t hesitate to employ them again. “Our experience with Scott and CMS landscapes was awesome! Very professional. His planning and execution was very good. His suggestions and advice was in the best interest of our needs, and he was not trying to finish off his project and move on.
