“I have had entire house renovation done by Atlas Design and Remodeling. I have had kitchen, master bathroom, first floor bathroom and kids bathroom on the 2nd floor. We did entire basement refinish with exercise room, laundry and rec room. Exactly as promised from start to finish. Workers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Craftsmanship outstanding. Result is beautiful! I would use Mr. Arth Monroe again because he is very responsive, his prices are honest and good, and he came with remarkably high recommendations from the architect I used. If I were going to build a house or a big addition, I would go with him.”

“Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“In August 2014, we decided to do a full remodel of our 70s kitchen. We hired Tranquility Builders of Oswego, IL We presented them with our design requirements and they improved upon them. Bev Totsch and her subcontractors were always on time and were respectful of our home. Everything was replaced and remodeled -- walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, and appliances. We were told the project would take about five weeks and it did. The end results were stunning! Everyone who's seen our new kitchen has been very impressed. We highly recommend Tranquility Builders.”
