“MasterPlan provided me with a complete landscape design for my backyard patio, pool area and deck. From the time Josh and I first met to discuss the project through the end of the construction, Josh was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and accessible. Josh provided a state of the art 3D digital proposal for my patio, deck and pool area and the final product exceeded my expectations. He oversaw all aspects of the project including obtaining the architectural drawings, filing for permits, attending a variance hearing and supervising the multiple subcontractors on the project. Josh was available for any questions or concerns that arose and checked in with me frequently for my feedback and to keep me up to date with scheduling. Josh has a welcome attention to detail and pointed out small changes that made a big difference. The final product is an impressive and welcoming backyard oasis that my family and friends will enjoy for many years. I have used designers and subcontractors on multiple occasions and this has been , by far, my best experience. I highly recommend Josh and MasterPlan to anyone considering an outdoor project. I'm looking forward to our next landscape project this spring.”

“What a wonderful experience to have this company redo my back yard. From the design to the implementation, Earth, Turf & Wood was professional all the way. The existing flagstone patio was redesigned and redone. It had been installed incorrectly and after just 3 years was dangerous because of stones becoming unstable. It also was incorrectly laid and flooded every time it rained. Now it is a charming and safe place to relax. The landscaping is just awesome. My fence was pushed back and plants and trees were chosen of varying heights, flowering times, and colors. The finished yard looks exactly as the 'blueprint' does. The people who worked on my yard were all passionate about what they do, respectful of the house, mindful that their worksite was actually someone's home. They never left for the day without securing the yard so my dogs were safe, cleaning off any dust or dirt from surfaces, and putting their tools and equipment off to the sides. They worked constantly from early morning to late afternoon, stopping only for a brief lunch. No frequent smoke breaks, loud music, phone breaks, etc. Quite different from other people who have worked in my yard. Very nice guys, too, and inspirational as far as work ethics.”

“We wanted to add a patio and pergola to our back yard and contacted GoldGlo Landscapes after previewing their work at the Harrisburg Garden Show. They sent their representative, Leroy, who was able to provide a great design and worked with us to develop the best product and design that would complement our house and yard. Their installers are well trained and very respectful. When they were finished, the project looked beautiful and there was nothing for us to do but sit back and enjoy the fruits of thier labor. “Ruth has been wonderful! We hired her to help us redesign our backyard including hardscape and landscape for our mid-century home we bought two years ago. She really worked with us to understand our style and logistical needs and developed a design that was a perfect fit. She has worked with us every step of the way to make the project become a reality. “Devin is not only a stone contractor, but he is a true artist. He collaborated with us to decide what was best for us, and it was obvious as he and his team labored that he takes great pride in his work. And, in true artist form, we were ecstatic with the final results, and he was still not sure he was completely satisfied. The project itself was on the small side from a contracting standpoint, but we had an approximately 30 square foot walkway from our paved driveway to our front porch steps that was a massive flood issue when it rained. We were concerned the water would get into the basement and we needed to take care of it. We wanted something that was going to match the overall look of our mountain home and existing landscape. Devin created an effective drainage solution, and then was able to use stone to create the walkway itself plus two short rock walls to frame it in. It is perfectly formal enough to be a great part of our curb appeal and also informal enough to fit into our mountain house feel. I recommend him highly.”
