“Ilya Remolding sent three workmen to convert our screen- in porch to a sunroom and spent about a week and half putting together Sheetrock, drywall and new window installation, hard wood flooring and getting inspection and approval from local county. They even secured the base of the sunroom by putting additional support. The guys weee punctual as we were told- same at 8 every day. Our sunroom came out bright and beautiful.The manager was very communicative and even bought materials for us. I thought they were more professional than other contractors. We will use them for other projects in the summer.”

“Great communication. Knowledgeable. Nice crew to work with. I had them on a major renovation of an old farmhouse. Floors were leveled. Major beams were installed. Complete replacement of electric service. Addition built. Entire inside of the house reframed and converted from double to single family home. Bill Shafer handled everything from permits and inspections to ordering and coordinating with all of the other trades. The site is not an easy one to work on with tight access and challenging location. Everyone that came to the project handled it well and did great work. This was the first project that I worked with Bill on. I made a lot of changes along the way and they rolled with me no problem. This house literally had some amount of everything done to it. Nothing about this house was straight or plumb or level. Everything had to be fit and worked into the old structure. They handled it with ease. The guys are very experienced and fast and talented. It has been a pleasure to have them on the job. Good guys, good work! Thanks.”

“My husband and I recently bought an older home and renovated the inside of the house. Eric has put in our kitchen cabinets, flooring in kitchen and bathrooms, bathroom cabinets, doors on all entrance ways, and much more. He did an exceptional job!! He is very reliable along with respectful. He listens to what your wants and needs are. He gave us great ideas that my husband and I never even thought of!! I can say I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have work done in their home!! We were very happy with his work he did and his work ethics.”

“They were highly professional and finished on the date they told us they would finish, in spite of horrible weather. We did a major renovation which touched nearly every room of the house along with an addition. They paid attention to detail, replacing a counter top when they observed the overhang was an inch short. And, they follow up their renovation work for a year (and sometimes beyond) if there are problems discovered later. In all, a class act.”

“We used Musser to build what will be our retirement home. When we began the process we discuss our needs with many builders and found that Musser was the easiest to work with to get everything we wanted. For them nothing was an issue. Our home was built with no steps coming into the home and 36" doors throughout. There were many other things we wanted that his suppliers were also very happy to help with. The kitchen is equipped with all under counter drawers so that we do not need to get down and craw into the cabinet to find what we need. These were built into the cabinets and not cheap add-on racks that some builders wanted to use. The plumber and electrician were also very helpful in making sure everything we wanted and needed happened. We did the flooring in hardwood and vinyl and the installers made sure there were no thresholds at the transitions that we might trip over or might cause problems if we had walkers or wheelchairs in the future. When we would visit the site during construction any of the contractors that were working there were always interested in what we thought. They always wanted to know if there was anything we were concerned about. Not to say that there were no issues during the build, but everyone was addressed and resolved before the home was completed. At final walk through the builder found minor issues that we had not seen and made sure everything was corrected. Everything was address and corrected within two weeks of our taking over the home. Needless to say we were very pleased and enjoy living in this home. We would suggest Musser to anyone looking to build a quality home.”
