“Jay the entire JC Designers Group were fantastic to work with. My husband and I bought a house that needed a lot of work; we were overwhelmed with all of the design possibilities, the decisions that needed to be made, and the potential of managing a large construction project while both working full time. “I have worked with Guys Floor Service ever since I joined Ryland Homes back in 1995 and they have provided flooring, kitchen and bath upgrades for thousands of homes during that time. They are by far the best sub-contractor that we do business with. Not only do they provide our homebuyers with a wonderful experience at their design center they are a pleasure to work with. “I bought a home that was previously a rental. I thought the floors could not be saved. Joe and his crew came in and refinished my floors and they look brand new! Saved me a ton of money over tearing them out. I am now preparing to build a new home and the one thing I made the builder promise was that he would hire G3 Hardwood to do the hardwood floors for me! “I trusted Pryor to refinish my 110 year old douglas fir, clearspan wood floors. They were prompt, quick, and the finish came out so perfectly that it made the floors the focal point when I went to sell the house. They took extra time ensure that boards I had moved from beneath a built-in fixture to a more visible area were more "weathered" looking so they matched and did an outstanding job in an area where a shifting foundation had created a larger-than-desired gap by doing some creative filler work. They followed up after the job was done with invaluable after-care instructions to ensure a full refinish wouldn't be required for many years to come.”
