“Clark Johnson and Apex Mt Homes were selected by my wife and me from many contractors we knew in the area. Clark has done over 100 projects in the area and we loved the mountain look and the attention to detail as well energy saving methods Clark uses. In addition he brought us very innovative building methods, including Revit and pre-cut framing, yet still totally custom design that saved us 10's of thousands of dollars. The process was fun and creative. What we liked was a home that was grander, warmer in feel, and repeatedly receives comments from guests who say great things about the beauty, livability, great layout, and attention to mountain views. We also particularly appreciated the transparent budgeting and expense tracking system that kept our tension level very low. We moved in a month early, below budget. We would gladly build with Clark and his team again. We also found that the relationship was oriented primarily on what we wanted. The team repeatedly showed great ability at creatively getting us unique solutions and attributes that we wanted without breaking the budget.”

“When you decide to build a new home/addition it can be out right intimidating with getting permits and all the decisions to be made. My husband and I decided to build a small home on our property for my parents and started taking on the daunting task of getting permits ourselves. We finally realized it was time to get help and find a contractor. We found Frank and Riki through other reviews and had an amazing experience from the very first meeting. They are a great team and were able to move the permitting process along quickly and with more ease than us alone. The workers they hired were respectful of our property and did an amazing job. Frank is very knowledgeable about his field and Riki keeps things on track and helped us so much with the interior of the home. They kept in contact every step of the way and made an experience that started out miserable much more enjoyable as it should be when building a place you will call home. I can not say enough good thing about these 2. If your looking for a contractor look no further!”

“RM Hale Construction has been a lifesaver for us as we have worked through an extensive home remodel. Roger Hale's team has tackled those projects that were beyond my skill such as new windows throughout our home, extensive interior work and a beautiful new deck. The attention to detail has been phenomenal and the patience afforded to me, the wannabe do it yourselfer has been most appreciated. My only complaint is that I wish I had found RM Hale Construction sooner.”

“Highly recommended and Four Stars because there is nothing perfect in the construction world. More importantly, FIVE STARS to Bill Steuck and his subcontractors for always being responsible. I'm a design and construction professional with a long history in the commercial building business and now a retired architect and contractor. In 2002, I chose Bill to provide his residential building expertise during the design phase of our home (invaluable) and manage the construction so I could focus on being the client. His attention to detail and problem solving skills are on display in our completed home. To best understand his involvement in our project was the he was building "his home" and this is the level of personal attention you want from your home builder. The result was a fine custom home, with well executed details that was complete "on time and within our budget". We used Bill again to complete unfinished spaces in the home a number of years later. Bill continues to check in with us to insure all is well in our home. He's always welcome here! Home construction began October 2002 and completion June 2003.”

“We are currently building in Aurora, CO. I have been very happy with the process from Brad at Sales office, Mike our superintendent, to Jeane'e at the Design center. It has been a pleasant experience and would recommend to buy a house through them. I have almost lived in some Richmond home my entire life and have been happy. Only reason not 5 stars is at the design center most options that are standard are pretty meh and they know that, so you have to spend all the monies to get decent options for a lot of things.”
