“We are thrilled with our new kitchen and upstairs addition! Bill went above and beyond our expectations in every detail. For the last 6 months, Bill and his crews worked 5+days a week no matter the weather. Framing, roofing, and putting on siding were done in 100+ degrees weather. Because of the addition of a staircase, our project presented many unique challenges, which Bill and his subcontractors worked through with professionalism. Bill took our vision and helped us improve on it, suggesting things that made the final product much better than we'd invisioned (the placement of our kitchen appliances, adding decorative trim around windows, details to help the addition flow with the existing house, etc). A month after completion, Bill is still in contact with us, making sure things are in good working order and that we are completely happy with our home. Bill has the knowledge and experience, integrity and eye for detail that has given us a beautiful finished product, as well as the confidence to recommend him to many of our friends already.”

“We have had at least 4 major jobs done by Randal Winter Construction and have been completely ecstatic about each one of them. Everything is professionally done from the initial contact through design, estimate and construction. Details were handled to the complete satisfaction of my wife which makes me completely happy! While we had some vague ideas of what we wanted, Randy made suggestions and many were incorporated into the projects. While no project of this complexity can go without unexpected hiccups, they were handled properly by the company. “United Restoration Services did an amazing job upgrading our home. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is truly amazing. We have lived in our home for three years now and the quality of the upgrades today (door hinges, cabinet, paint, wall structure, insulation, granite counter tops, flooring) is as good today as the day URS finished the project. We have worked with other contractors and it's sad to say that most contractors will not stay within budget and within project timelines. URS stayed within budget, completed the project on-time and listened to us. During the project discussion I mention to Joy (owner of URS) that I was allergic to cats. Since the house was previously owned by a cat owner, Joy had the floors sanitized from the concrete before laying floors. This means a lot to me because it shows that Joy cared about the little things, things that can't be seen and can easily be looked over. I highly recommend using URS! We look forward to using them in the near future. -Todd”

“I hired Iron Built to remodel my guest bathroom and to install a barn door. Ignacio gave me a detailed quote several days after viewing my bathroom. After I decided to hire him, he was very thorough when going over the contract and the rest of the paperwork. I found Ignacio to be very meticulous while working on my project. He promptly communicated with me when he encountered unexpected issues. He was very detailed in explaining how he would fix the issues. Though the project took a little bit longer than anticipated, I was very pleased with the final result. I would definitely hire him again.”
