“Tin Cup has done more than a dozen projects in my home and I have always been thrilled with the results. From renovating several bathrooms, installing doors, hardwood floors, completely changing our laundry room and entrance, including building closets and cabinets, to changing lighting, fixtures and moldings, Tin Cup is capable of doing it all. They are the only contractor I have ever hired who shows up when they are scheduled, keeps projects within budget, and cleans up after themselves better than I would. Tin Cup is more than just a contractor, they are a designer/builder who works with you to design your ideal space. They came up with ideas I never would have thought of and transformed spaces with minimal time, inconvenience, and cost. They came up with creative solutions to maximize space in my home for storage as well as used color and a variety of materials to dramatically modernize my home. I would highly recommend Tin Cup for any home renovation project.”

“Darwin is a skilled, thoughtful contractor who prioritizes doing the the job right. He put a two room addition with a screen porch on our cabin in July 2015, cedar siding in October, and built a 12x16 cedar shed in March 2016. During the addition build, Darwin expressed concern about potential ice/water issues given the pitch of the new roof we had designed. He drew out alternative plans and offered to do the extra work without charge, because he wanted the final product to be well constructed. It turned out amazing and definitely exceeded expectations. His experience and capability were a huge asset on this project. Additionally, he finished the job ahead of schedule and was just a nice guy about everything. We hired him again last fall to put up new cedar siding, and it turned out beautifully. This March, he built our garage/shed. To our surprise, he hand crafted fantastic cedar herringbone doors for us, because he wanted the project to have a special look to match the cabin. The doors are almost too lovely for an outbuilding, and demonstrate Darwin's outstanding design capability and work ethic. He has consistently gone above and beyond on every job, and his workmanship is phenomenal. We would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him.”

“We have known and been associated with Ray Geier and Cumberland Custom Homes for over 20 years now. They are currently finishing the third house we have asked them to build. Obviously, we are very pleased with their work. Ray helped us plan our layout, create the architectural design, select materials and achieve the energy efficiency we were seeking. His skills and knowledge of the building process have led to what we feel is a very successful project. He has been most helpful in guiding us through the many decisions and compromises necessary to get what we want at a price we can afford. “Guy Brannock is an excellent contractor. He is professional, highly experienced with custom construction, and has those rare intangibles: humility, sense of humor, eye for style, and so much more. We hired Guy to build a two story, custom cottage overlooking a large pond on our property. The site was located about 400 feet from our main home in a challenging spot. We did not want a permanent road to the site so Guy's crew had to minimize both the trees that were cut down, hand carry materials to the site when it was too muddy for vehicle access, and remove all signs that they had ever been there after the project was completed. Guy's planning and financial estimates were right on target despite many unique features, including a massive, two story wall of 9 custom-sized windows overlooking the pond, a complicated septic system requirement by the County (the guest home septic system had to be linked to the main home's drain field, which was uphill from the construction site), and a 2+ story custom stone fireplace. The schedule was very close to what he estimated as well (despite numerous, unpredictable winter weather delays, having to hand carry materials some weeks, and various other surprises that occur during custom construction). Guy handled everything with ease and kept us informed every step of the way. Guy scheduled many small inspections with the County throughout the project to ensure there were no issues at the end. Guy was open and honest about everything, involved us in every decision, and we enjoyed working with him. He keeps a detailed spreadsheet of every item, cost, and adjustment so everyone is on the same page at all times. We'll use Guy for every future construction project we envision for our property. He has the experience, personality, management skills, financial resources, network of subcontractors, intelligence, integrity, and passion that is so hard to find all in one contractor. We highly recommend Guy Brannock and are grateful to know him!”

“Fred was great to work with, I called him and told him my roof was leaking, he was there the next day with the tarp. After i spoke to the insurance company, he took over from there. He explained everything to me about the roof repair, it was done in a timely fashion. I was pleased. I would recommend this company.”

“Brian Loch was the project manager for our extensive 2014 renovation of our 90 year old home. We found him to be an extremely professional, exacting, quality-conscious and courteous person to work with. Subsequently, we have hired PermaBuilds to perform additional post-renovation work on our house, mostly on projects - including HVAC improvements - that we originally did not include in the initial work for value-engineering reasons. PermaBuilds performed the work on-time, on-schedule, professionally, and with quality. In the intervening 18 months, zero defects have occurred on the work they performed. PermaBuilds' subcontractors were also courteous and professional, and it's clear that they all have a good working relationship with Brian.
