“Replacement of windows in a rental property along with some minor wood trim work. Other than the weather slowing the project down slightly, everything happened like it should have. Professional, quality work, good communication during the weather issues. Basically, they did what they said they were going to do which is something I respect in a contractor. “Renowned renovations has done an excellent job installing sliding doors, replacing subfloor and tiling at slider and it looks awesome. Dakota has also built stairs leading into garage and replaced outdoor lantern lights at all doors and on each side of garage . He has installed a storm door in front entrance and is currently building out stairs at the front door for my mom which will be an added safety for her. I highly recommend this company for home renovations which Dakota is the owner. He is polite, trustworthy and just does a wonderful job.”
