“Mark and Carol Rogers are a wonderful design and construction team and a sheer delight to work with. They designed a new interior for my cottage and the work was done within the timeline they had given me and the project was installed within budget which was very much appreciated. Anyone who has ever lived through a renovation knows how stressful it can be and working with the Rogers was virtually stress less. Carol provided with me a number of design options, finishes and colors to select from and I was completely blown away with the finished job. Mark is an expert craftsman and contractor who is able to translate Carol's plans into beautiful architectural reality. They were punctual everyday, cleaned up the job site and some days you would never have known there was any work underway. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and Carol Rogers for any size renovation or new build.”

“We hired Alair Homes, Georgian Bay in May of 2015. We had just purchased a waterfront property on Georgian Bay and the home and property needed extensive refurbishment. The project lasted approximately 15 months. Justin and Mike and their entire staff did an outstanding job. Their excellent communication, workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. We had to obtain six minor variances from the Township before we could proceed with the project, and because of their preparation, adherence to the rules, and knowledge of the requirements, we were able to obtain all variances and proceed with our project. Throughout the entire time Justin and Mike, together with the rest of their team worked diligently to complete the project. They always went the extra mile. We have done many renovation jobs over the years, but working with the Alair team relieved the stress and worries typically associated with such a project. We would not hesitate to recommend Alair Homes to anyone needing renovations or new builds, and we would certainly hire them again for future projects.”

“My messy, cluttered, dated, non-functional laundry room has been transformed into a gorgeous, organized, room that is now the center hub for my busy family. Rob and Paul were amazing to work with. They listened to the needs of my family and used that information to design and create a space that is not only beautiful to look at but also has a place for everything. They were effective communicators and it was easy to discuss with them what things would work and what would not. It really helped that they were multi-disciplined in that they did it all. The plumbing, the electrical, the flooring, the cabinetry, drywall etc. That kind of detailed focus on the project helped them see the bigger picture so there were no big bad surprises encountered. I would highly recommend Canadian Craftsmen for any renovation project you may have.”
