“We hired Alair Homes, Georgian Bay in May of 2015. We had just purchased a waterfront property on Georgian Bay and the home and property needed extensive refurbishment. The project lasted approximately 15 months. Justin and Mike and their entire staff did an outstanding job. Their excellent communication, workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. We had to obtain six minor variances from the Township before we could proceed with the project, and because of their preparation, adherence to the rules, and knowledge of the requirements, we were able to obtain all variances and proceed with our project. Throughout the entire time Justin and Mike, together with the rest of their team worked diligently to complete the project. They always went the extra mile. We have done many renovation jobs over the years, but working with the Alair team relieved the stress and worries typically associated with such a project. We would not hesitate to recommend Alair Homes to anyone needing renovations or new builds, and we would certainly hire them again for future projects.”

“Our experience working with Janet and Clark from Alair Homes was an absolute pleasure. My husband and I are very particular and had an extemely specific vision for our cottage and Janet was very receptive to our ongoing changes, keeping the trades and team on track as we went. She provided frequent updates on the entire project so we had timely insight on our renovation. She also provided photo updates when possible so we could monitor the details remotely. Most importantly, our place looks better than we could have imagined! We also came in on budget. Would highly recommend Janet and Clark on any home renovation project!”

“Brian Haworth has done a number of renovations in our home. He has put in a full bathroom where there was once only a basement laundry room. New baseboards throughout our home; crown moulding done to perfection! New flooring upstairs and down as well as amazing eye for detail. Brian is highly professional, listens to what his customers want and adheres to outlined timelines. I have and will continue to promote Brian's work and business!”
