“The previous owners of my house had converted an unfinished basement into a living area but They couldn't figure out how to access it properly. They took a 5'x7' space out of the small dining area and installed a spiral staircase, it was a horrible solution. I contacted Balustrade. After some discussion we decided to take a unused bedroom adjoining the living area and put a stairway in there. we also opened up that space to the living, dining area. Balustrade gave me a reasonable price and did the job. They were very professional and knowledgeable with excellent work quality, on time and budget. I highly recommend Balustrade Construction Management.”

“We hired MML Enterprises for a complete roof replacement after our roof was severely damaged by a wind event. Micheal, the owner of MML, was out of town when we called for help. He immediately returned and arrived at the house to conduct an estimate. His estimate was extremely reasonable…the insurance adjuster even commented on how honest he is. Michael assigned a crew and oversaw all progress himself. His craftsmen were all very professional and completed the whole job in just a few days. In fact, their work was so impressive that we hired them for two other construction projects. I highly recommend MML Enterprises, not only for the skilled and professional work they do, but also due to the integrity that is obviously a core value in their company.”

“This is not the cheapest bid you will get, but as we all know you get what you pay for. I had had problems with another contractor and hired Ginno to finish building my 30x50 shop. At the end of the job I was dissatisfied with the way a few things had turned out. I did a final walk thru with them and was overwhelmed when the Forman started pointing out things that he did not like and said that all of these items needed to be corrected without me even asking. You don't always get it right, but there are not that many companies left that have the integrity to admit their mistakes and make them right. After finishing up the shop that now looks great, they are doing the remodel on the interior of my house. I could not be happier with the way they have been conducting the job. Bottom line if you are the kind of person that does not want to have to push your contractor to get the job done quickly, correctly and professionally these are the guys for you. They have been a great company to do business with, and I will continue to use them in the future.”
