“We have worked with Monique on two different custom home plans. The first was our dream house. Monique took my detailed design and turned it into construction documents in around 2 months. We realized that it wasn't time to build the dream house and I came up with a design for our budget house which Monique was able to turn around for us in less than three weeks. Time was of the essence in this project and Monique was able to get it done quickly and at a very reasonable price. What I appreciated about working with Monique was being able to sit with her and make adjustments on the plan via her drafting program in her office and seeing those changes in 3D. It was very helpful in making decisions in a short amount of time. We currently have Monique finishing up the garage for our budget house. Again, she is turning out a quality product in a short amount of time.”

“Brandt did a project for our home on Acadia Lane this past year. We needed to add space over our garages. My mom was moving down and she needed a small apartment on one side and to make it look like a match a man cave for the other side. Brandt was such a creative force and did an amazing job. He created a seamless look for our house that only enhanced the look an beauty of the architecture of our home. He worked with the town to make sure it was within their guidelines and he helped us with finding contractors etc. Would definitely recommend him for any project you are contemplating.
