Eco Friendly Project: All the fixtures and fittings were sourced locally and sustainably, the paint and all the finishes were eco friendly. The floors were all bamboo (they held up well by the way) and wool carpets. Crisp and white, clean and modern, flush with velvet sofas and cushions and other added textures.

Modern TV Stand Inverse by Huppe Made in Canada The Inverse by Huppe is a TV Stand made of select birch veneer available in a variety of finishes. The TV Stand features two 24-inch-wide drawers and a side shelf, providing with open and closed storage space. Large drawers shut gently and silently thanks to high quality hardware and invisible self-closing slow-motion slides. The fronts of the drawers are made of black lacquered glass. This contemporary home features clean lines and extensive details, a unique entrance of floating steps over moving water, attractive focal points, great flows of volumes and spaces, and incorporates large areas of indoor/outdoor living on both levels. Taking aging in place into consideration, there are master suites on both levels, elevator, and garage entrance. The home’s great room and kitchen open to the lanai, summer kitchen, and garden via folding and pocketing glass doors and uses a retractable screen concealed in the lanai. When the screen is lowered, it holds up to 90% of the home’s conditioned air and keeps out insects. The 2nd floor master and exercise rooms open to balconies. The challenge was to connect the main home to the existing guest house which was accomplished with a center garden and floating step walkway which mimics the main home’s entrance. The garden features a fountain, fire pit, pool, outdoor arbor dining area, and LED lighting under the floating steps.

The award-winning CORRIDOR collection features louvered hardwood doors and a black, micro-etched glass top. The design is available in four media cabinet configurations, an audio tower and an elegant bar. The media cabinets all are engineered for technology and include integrated cable management, removable back panels and adjustable shelves. All pieces are available in three finishes: Chocolate Stained Walnut, Charcoal Stained Ash or White Oak.
