Decorative parquet flooring ties in perfectly with the dark wooden sculptured island legs, which along with deep blue beaded cabinets, enhance the traditional features of this Victorian home. Polished chrome pendant lights hang elegantly over the marble counter.

Band-sawn wide plank floor, smoked and finished in a dark white hard wax oil. The rift-sawn effect is really sutble, it is almost invisible from a distance. Cheville also supplied a matching plank and nosing used to clad the staircase. The 260mm wide planks accentuate the length and breath of the room space. Each plank is hand finished in a hard wax oil. All the blocks are engineered, bevel edged, tongue and grooved on all 4 sides Compatible with under floor heating

A hardwood shaker style kitchen. The built in cabinets and island are hand painted in Farrow and Ball, Pavilion Grey. The tall cabinetry is paired with a ladder for easy access to the taller cupboards. The large island has a Shaker 900 Perrin and Rowe sink and integrated storage. It has a breakfast bar at one end, with traditional wooden stools. Integrated larder unit includes a built in Miele microwave and mounted spice racks. It has Farrow and Ball painted frames with a natural wood interior finish.

Questo lavoro del nostro studio, che abbiamo chiamato “Villa Minimal” per ovvie ragioni è in STILE MINIMAL CHIC con un’attenzione particolare alla funzionalità… Rachele Biancalani ha curato il progetto degli interni dal taglio sartoriale degli spazi (layout architettonico) fino alla definizione del concept e del mood dei singoli ambienti passando per la progettazione di tutti gli arredi su misura, naturalmente il nostro studio ha eseguito la Direzione delle maestranze sia in cantiere che fuori dal cantiere e l’home shopping per questo lavoro “chiavi in mano”.
