竹中大工道具館の門の前にて　オーチェア 新神戸駅前　 竹中大工道具館　2014年秋新館OPEN 『消えてゆく大工道具を民族遺産として収集・保存し、さらに研究・展示を通じて後世に伝えていくことを目的に、1984年、神戸市中山手に設立されたのが日本で唯一の大工道具の博物館「竹中大工道具館」。建物は地上1階、地下2階として存在感を抑え、敷地にあった茶室は残し、樹木の伐採も最低限に留めました。地上階の透明感あふれるガラス張りのロビーには、地元の木工作家たちがつくった木のテーブルとチェアをご用意。』　ここに、京都炭山朝倉木工のオーチェアが選ばれました。色々な椅子を座って比べられる数少ない場です。
